Issues After Installing XP Service Pack2    

FinishLynx will not connect unless you include it in the exceptions list, or turn off the firewall altogether.

To include FinishLynx in exceptions, follow these steps: 

1. Right click on My Network Places and choose Properties 
2. Right click on your selected network card that you will use to connect with your camera and choose properties -- In this screen look for the tab called Advanced and click on it 
3. Click on the Settings Icon 
4. Click on the Exceptions Tab of Windows Firewall 
5. Click on AddProgram... 
6. Choose FinishLynx FinishLynx will now be added to the list of exceptions and the camera should boot immediately.
