Errors in booting cameras can be caused by a number of problems. Most are solved by following these three (3) steps:
- Set static IP (192.168.0.5)
- DISABLE the wireless card
- Turn OFF the Firewall (and any Anti-virus software).
If the issue still persists:
Replace the Ethernet cables one at a time to eliminate the possibility of a bad cable or a bad connection.
If you’re using a multi-port switch, try different connection ports in case there is a loose connection or bad contact.
If this still does not resolve the booting error, then please contact technical support.
